Shipping policy
As a general rule, only paid orders are shipped. Orders are dispatched the day after payment is received and delivered within 7-15 working days if the item is stated as "ready for immediate dispatch".
If you choose the “advance payment” payment option, the goods will only be dispatched once your payment has been credited to our account.

Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and abroad (Austria)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Free shipping, except for special offers such as Black Friday or such occasions, we charge shipping costs of €3.99
Deliveries abroad:
We calculate shipping costs abroad as follows:
Austria: €9.50
Free shipping for orders over €40.00. Except for special offers such as Black Friday or similar occasions, we charge shipping of €9.50
